Papercrafthugs.com is an informational site that empowers paper crafters via education, coaching, and support. The primary focus of news and information presented is for Canadian, EU, Australian and U.S.A. based businesses.

Papercraft Hugs is opposed to spam. We will only send emails to users that have explicitly requested to receive information. For example, registered for a course, opted-in to our newsletter, filled out a contact form, registered for a free gift/give-away, or purchased an item.

Leaving a comment on one of our posts requires that you identify yourself by email address. That info is stored in the site’s database.

Direct communication to you is run by our back office system. Google Workspace – runs the entire back office, including email. Direct emails are retained. (Note: Google does not have access to this data.)
When purchasing any item, we utilize a third-party payment program, PayPal, or Stripe, to process and manage your payment. Certain standard required information includes address and credit card information. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption and credit card details will never be e-mailed.
Live training and online events are hosted through Zoom. If you participate you will be required to submit personal information to register and login. You may receive email communications in regards to that event. Information submitted for your participation may be stored by the software hosting the event. Please consult their privacy policy.
Participants of any online event consent to recordings being made and shared with other participants. Recordings of paid programs will only be shared with participants of the same group.
Papercraft Hugs reserves the right to use, at its sole discretion, course materials, including videos and audio recordings, and materials submitted by program participants in the context of the program.
