Hi! I'm Shelley!
I’m a relaxed, playful crafter who believes creativity should feel fun and pressure free. I’ve been creating for more than 15 years, and I’m a big believer that mistakes are just part of the magic.
My teaching style is clear, encouraging, and perfect for all levels. I create a welcoming space where you can try new things, explore colour, and enjoy the process without worrying about perfection.
I love sharing my excitement with others and watching those “oh wow” moments appear. I cannot wait to craft with you.

Do I have to be a certain skill level to be a member?
Absolutely all skill levels are welcome!
When do we start?
As soon as you register! You’ll be whisked straight to a Welcome page and receive an email with everything you need to get started.
Our welcome session will be early in January. Watch for the email announcing times and dates!
How does the Cardmaker's Playroom membership work?
The Cardmaker's Playroom is a membership filled with monthly activities designed to spark your creativity and give you plenty of opportunities to craft alongside friends.
Each month, you’ll enjoy:
Technique Clinics: Join our live workshops where experts highlight the latest trends and fresh ideas to inspire your next project.
Weekly Playdates: These happen multiple times every month! Gather with other card makers to create, laugh, and have fun together from the comfort of your own home.
Showcase Your Creations: Crafting is so much more fun when you share what you've made. You'll have wonderful opportunities every month for "show and tell" with the community.
Quarterly Cardmaking Parties: Four times a year, we host a special event where you show up with your supplies and leave with a stack of finished cards you’re proud to give. It is way more fun than crafting alone!
Everything is supported by our dedicated Facebook group, The Cardmaker's Playroom, and The Library, which is your go-to spot for all our resources.
Do I get immediate access to all parts of the Cardmaker's Playroom?
Yes, once you become a member, you will have access to all areas of the membership, including past recordings. When you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the content.
p.s. right now, there are no past recordings as this is a brand new product but that will change with time!
Will there be a replays? What if I can't attend everything?
Yes! You will have private access to all our replays. You can watch them again anytime, pause to craft at your own pace, or revisit your favorite techniques whenever you like. Even if you can't join us live, you won't miss a thing. The recordings will be waiting for you in the library so you can catch every bit of instruction whenever it suits you best.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time and it will take effect after your current membership cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Since the Cardmaker’s Playroom is a digital, open-access space, I’m unable to offer refunds—but you have total freedom to cancel your subscription at any time.
If you’re curious but not quite sure it’s for you, I’d love for you to join us with a monthly pass! It’s the perfect way to jump into our Weekly Playdates and see if you enjoy the vibe.
From there, you can stay on the monthly plan, upgrade to a quarterly or yearly membership for better value, or simply cancel before your month is up if it’s not the right fit.
